Why  would the “Breaker or Fuze” box called the Chakra “Shut Down or Off”, blow a fuse or not get enough power flow out of the energy body through the breaker box or chakra into the physical body:

Structural Nis-alignment, Diet, Mental or Emotional Breakdowns, Nutrition, Tension/Stress Long Term, Illness, Brain Function, Systems, and Diaphram Collapsing, Clothing, and Restrictions, No energy or power left in Energy Body.

The heart chakra is the central powerhouse of the subtle body. This is the focal point or bridge that connects the first three chakras relating to the external world to the three higher chakras associated with intuition and spirituality. The heart is the mediator between body and spirit, and it directly determines their strength and health.

Physical dis-ease from a weak Anahata can manifest into circularity issues and blood disorders (due to being unable to circulate love through oneself and others), breast cancer and heart dis-ease (from holding onto heartbreak or pain associated with love), and illness in the lungs, diaphragm, and even suicide because the individual may not believe they deserve to ‘breathe in’ loving, universal life force (often referred to as prana, or Chi/Qi).

Anahata (SanskritअनाहतIASTAnāhata, English: “unstruck”) or heart chakra is the fourth primary chakra, according to Hindu YogicShakta and Buddhist Tantric traditions. In SanskritAnahata means “unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten”. Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound (the sound of the celestial realm). Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity.

5 Heart chakra healing techniques

1) Meditate to heal the fourth chakra

Meditation can help to restore proper energy flow to the heart chakra. And since meditation is such a deeply personal experience, you should take time to find a practice that works best for you.

Here are a few meditation tips:

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Sit or lie in a position that doesn’t strain your spine or joints
  • Find a place in which you won’t be disturbed
  • Try a guided meditation to get started

2) Work with the chakra’s color

The color green is associated with the heart chakra. And you should find ways to incorporate this color into your daily life.

Add some green clothing to your wardrobe and decorate your workspace with green accents. Plants are a great way to add greenery and life into your workspace.

3) Try a mantra

Mantras are a great way to affirm your meditation efforts. These are simple and help to provide focus.

The mantra for the anahata is ‘YAM.’

Chant this to heal both the physical and the spiritual heart center and to open yourself up to unconditional love and compassion.

Mantras can be repeated vocally or sub-vocally while you meditate.

4) Benefit from affirmations

Positive affirmations can help you increase the positive energy associated with the fourth chakra. These can include little notes you leave for yourself on the bathroom mirror or computer monitor.

Examples of positive heart affirmations include:

  • “I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
  • “I am wanted and loved.”
  • “My heart is open to love.”
  • “I forgive myself.”
  • “I live in a state of grace and gratefulness.”

5) Heal through music

Music speaks deeply to the human spirit. Heighten and prolong your meditation efforts by incorporating music into your practice.

Additionally, listening to upbeat and joyous music is a useful way to build up a positive outlook on life. Open your heart to the message of the music and allow its true meaning to resonate deep within.

The heart chakra is the centerpiece of the seven. It’s the place where the physical and spiritual planes meet, and all of this rests on a foundation of love and gratitude.

This is why it is important for everyone to heal and grow their fourth chakra.
